The main family room consists of kitchen, breakfast bar / island, living and dining. Fantastic open plan living space, with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and beautiful sliding aluminium doors on the eastern elevation, boasting stunning views of the Cranborne Chase AONB and having direct access onto 120 acres of National Trust open downland, views towards St Thomas’ parish church.

Large ground floor wet room and bathroom which is the ensuite bathroom to one of the bedrooms.
Large en suite and dressing room with one of the ground floor bedrooms which has two single beds or zipped and linked together can be a super king size bed.
Underfloor heating is throughout all the properties
All ground floor bedrooms have vaulted ceilings apart from one which is a smaller twin room but still suitable for 2 adults but more suitable for 2 children.
The first floor bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, conservation roof lights and wash hand basin.

The ground floor bedrooms have the benefit of the sliding doors leading onto the private paved area and garden.
The living part of the family room has a Clearview wood burner, leather sofas, bean bags and smart TV.
The dining part of the family room has a 10 foot long oak dining table to enjoy mealtimes together.
Wood fired Hot tub with unincumbered views, dark skies and quiet surroundings.
Private garden which enjoys panoramic views of the chalk downland secluded with a hornbeam hedge.
