The ground floor largely consists of a beautiful built in kitchen, granite top island, breakfast bar, family area with 2 cosy sofas and coffee table, large dining area which has a 14ft dining table that can seat up to 10 and at the eastern part of the ground floor is the sitting ‘room’ with 3 stunning navy sofas, Clearview wood burning stove and large smart TV. In the centre of the ground floor is a cloakroom. In the middle section of the ground floor the north sliding doors leads onto the private and secluded patio terrace where you will find the wood fired hot tun, rattan garden furniture and picnic bench.
Through the north sliding doors you will come to the large yard lawn which is a communal space, great for croquet, cricket, football, reading and playing the other games room games, giant Jenga, giant connect four etc
The first floor consists of 2 mezzanines, one having the main bedroom with super king bed or 2 single 3ft beds with ensuite bathroom, walk in shower, double ended bath and basin
The other mezzanine has a further 3 bedrooms, 2 good sized king bedrooms and one larger room which can be made up 2 single beds or a super king bed.
All bedrooms have TV’s chest or draws, hanging space and a mirror.
